And this mostly depends on how efficiently we can build and maintain human relationships with colleagues, clients, and customers.
Many things change around us, but one thing is eternal: PEOPLE BUY PEOPLE FIRST. So people can really connect with people. The basis of connection is trust.
Without trust, there is no real customer relationship, no effective cooperation.
It takes trust to listen to each other, to be able to give and accept feedback, to admit when we were wrong, and to say it when enough was enough.
To build, regain, and maintain this trust, it is often enough to simply disclose your human side.
We believe in human relationships and connections.
Our ability to develop and change, our ability to adapt, depends on how effectively we can form human relationships.
The development of these skills is the key to success: if human relations work, the ability to cooperate improves, and the company’s performance and effectiveness also increase.
Departments, generations and companies are not able to connect and cooperate, but so does people work in these departments or make up these generations. The cooperation of two companies are in fact the connection of two people, two teams.
